I trust in your method. I know the feeling you speak of, as I too am an artist. I work in clay. Many times I just don’t feel it and I don’t want to go into the studio. I have found that sometimes I have good days and bad days. Some days I make great things, other days it is like I’m an amateur again. And I’ve found it doesn’t much matter how motivated I am when I start. If I drag my lackluster ass into the studio and force myself to get to work, often times I start to enjoy it and before I realize it, I’m doing good work and feeling proud of it.

So my point is sometimes you just have to get in there and get to work, and the passion will follow. I don’t know if it applies to music though, as studio time is costly. Again, you’re the expert, not me. I’m rooting for you. I hope you find that spark again.

“Ye Wen Has Something to Say.” o lord. I can’t believe you actually listened to the show. She is a horrible host, well, to me. I don’t think her advice is that helpful to the listeners. More of a a scolding nagging bad-tempered woman…Anyway, I like Yong Gang better. His show is called…hmmm, Wu Ye Qing Qing (Telling Your Story In Midnight?)
